Daily Dose of Happiness!

Some cute little things are light at the end of the tunnel in a stressful day. Open the door to peace and tranquility with your rituals. Here are 10 examples of how to make yourself a daily dose of happiness. You, of course, can choose what suits you best.

1. Healthy awakening
When your clock rings in the morning, which is pure stress by the way, stay in bed for some time. Take deep breaths a few times and stretch. Then you're ready to get up.

2. Breakfast at table
Instead of swallowing something from the bakery on the run, get a few minutes earlier, set the table and eat your breakfast in peace.

3. Do things one by one
A lot of commitments and your jumping from one commitment to another, creates big mess in your head. It is best to work on one commitment at a time and to focus on it until you're finished.

4. Go out to lunch
Get out of your office, make some changes during your busy day.  If possible, take a walk or sit on a park bench for several minutes. The tranquility of nature will definitely do you good.

5. Read the good news
You go on-line or read newspapers, and all you see is bad news.  No wonder you are tired and stressed. You need to put something happy, warm, sweet and interesting on your home page on the Internet, and you will certainly be happier.

6. Really listen
Have you ever caught yourself saying at the same time as the person you’re communicating? This, of course, gives a kind of dynamic to conversation, but it also brings discomfort. Concentrate on your interlocutor, listen to him carefully, you might discover something new.

7. Send a postcard
Sweet old custom of sending cards can always cheer you up. Just out the fun, choose something happy, write a few kind words to a friend and send your current positive thoughts to someone else.

8. Positive thinking
Make, in your head, a list of things that make you happy.  Certainly, there are things that make you happy. As you think of them, your mood will be lifted.

9. Connect
While you’re shaking hands or kissing someone, try to truly connect with that person. Do not do things mechanically, but enjoy in them and focus on everything you do.

10. Dream
"Dreams are my reality" - this is not so bad sometimes, because dreams could sometimes make us happier, younger and give a smile to our face.
