Juicy food for passionate hugs

Some common groceries, besides raising your energy, can improve and your libido. Include aphrodisiacs in your diet and enjoy and after the meal.

It's no secret that everyday stress and chronic fatigue have a negative effect on our libido. But, there is hope, because what we eat, definitely plays an important role in our sexual appetite. Some common groceries, not only that can increase your energy levels, they can increase and your libido. Enjoyment in food that has aphrodisiac features can be turned into an experiment that will have "juicy" results in your sex life. All you need to do is to include these products into your weekly diet, and then reap the fruits of your investment.

MONDAY: Celery

These green stalks are rich in androsterone, hormones that are present in male sweat and which "turn-on" women. Sauté celery in olive oil and chopped onion, and add a sprig of thyme. Cook for twenty minutes until the liquid in which the celery is stewing completely evaporates. When it is finished, you can serve it with lamb or other meats on the grill.

TUESDAY: Avocado

In Aztec culture, avocado tree was known as the "testicle tree". Its fruits are rich in vitamin B6, which increases the secretion of male hormones. Roast the chicken breast on the pan, slice the meat and roll in it slices of avocado, sweet corn, a little bit of chilli, tomato and coriander.

WEDNESDAY: Figs

Figs are rich in amino acids that are improving sexual endurance, and, like it is believed, libido. When figs are roasted on the grill, natural fig juice becomes sweeter. Cut them in half, roast the them in a pan and then cover them with low-fat yogurt, honey and sesame seeds.

THURSDAY: Garlic

Although your breath will not be adorable, garlic is rich in allicin, which increases blood flow to the genitals. Make gazpacho: chop and whisk tomato, cucumber, onion, red pepper and one clove of garlic with a piece of bread, water and oil until you get a creamy mass.

FRIDAY: Oysters

Oysters are the classic aphrodisiac. They are rich in zinc, which helps produce sperm, and testosterone and dopamine, hormones that increase libido. If you do not like raw oysters, mix herbs and bread crumbs with a little mustard, lemon and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the mixture over the oysters and cook them on grill until shells turn golden.
