Food for Every Part of Your Body!

There are foods that can really help you. To have beautiful skin eat carrots, for strong muscles enjoy the meat, and apple does wonders for the heart!

Modern way of life involves stress and, unfortunately, often leads to bad eating habits - our body suffers from lack of vitamins and minerals, and food that we enter in our body usually contains a lot of sugar, fat and calories. The result of this is a body that never is the way we want it to be.

However, as of this moment you can start to take care of your body, because for every part of it, there are foods that can do good for them.

Skin

Carrots are rich in Vitamin A, which help balance pH of your skin, by creating acids with which your skin removes harmful bacteria. In addition, researchers discovered that people who insert more carotenoids (pigments that are naturally found in carrots) in to their body, are six times less exposed to skin cancer than those who eat small amounts of carrots.

Heart

Scientists have discovered that eating one juicy apple per day (Golden Delicious is recommended) can favorably affect your heart. Besides that, apple, that is apple peel, contains soluble fibers that clean walls of arteries. Doctors often advise to people with heart problems to take one apple, chop it to small pieces and mix with oatmeal, and then eat it like that.

Hair

Doctors have discovered that low percentage of iron leads to hair loss. 11 different studies showed that there is a link between lack of iron and hair loss, and it was concluded that proper intake of iron leads to the re-growth of hair. Eat red meat, turkey, egg yolk, dried fruits and whole grains to improve the quality of your hair.

Eyes

Doctors say that those who eat more lutein and carotenoids, which are found in herbaceous plants, have 43 percent less chances to have a vision problem. Lutein prevents damage of retinal tissue. Therefore, you should eat at least one meal of just greens every day. Example of one such meal is a half cup of cooked spinach, broccoli or sprout. It is recommended that a green salad is a part of your every meal.

Muscles

To increase muscle mass, you need a lot of raw foods. Smoked beef is a perfect "muscle" food, because it is full of protein, zinc and creatine. Here's one recipe: take 0,5 kg of beef and bake it really good. During baking, pepper it, and then add two tablespoons of chili powder and a couple of teaspoons of "Tabasco" sauce. With this baked beef, you can prepare yourself and a salad made of one sliced tomato, two tablespoons of fat-free cottage cheese, a lot of lettuce and all of that seasoned with a bit of salsa.

Stomach

If instead of snacks, you eat healthy foods (foods with less sugar and rich in protein), you'll have a good metabolism. Take a piece of hard or semi-hard cheese, two or three times a day. Cheese has seven grams of protein per piece and doesn’t contain sugar. By eating cheese, you do not increase blood sugar levels and you help your body to burn fat. Alternative?  A glass of low fat yogurt.

Bones

We are not thinking about our bones as long as they serve us well. For their own good, drink low fat milk and you will insert enough vitamin D in to your body. In this way, you are inserting and the necessary calcium. One British study showed that men who drink more than six glasses of milk per day have less chance to suffer a stroke than those who drink less.
