Five steps for beautiful skin during winter!

Nice and shiny complexion is not reserved just for summer days. You can have nourished and tender skin even during winter. You just have to follow these helpful tips and ensure vitality, health, beauty and tenderness for your skin.

Plenty of water

You are most likely spending your winter days in dry and stuffy rooms. Such environment, little by little, robs the skin’s moisture and health.  To prevent that, drink at least one and a half liters of water every day. This way, you will moisten the skin from the inside, and it will peel and crack less.

Appropriate cream

Although it may seem to you that greasy creams provide better help to your cracked skin during winter, it is useful to know that greasy creams often clog your pores and do not allow your skin to breathe. Moisturizing cream is generally a better solution, because it nourishes the skin and it doesn’t grease it. But if you have extremely dry skin, apply greasy cream at night, and nurture your skin with moisturizing cream during a day.

Protection factor

Do not put aside creams and lotions with sun protection factor until next summer. Incorporate them into daily care, especially during extremely cold and windy days.

Circulation

The skin will have a healthier glow if it is “started” in some way. The combination of hot and cold washing or showering is ideal for healthy looking skin. Active skin will fight the bad weather much easier, and you'll look like a teenager.

Oil bath

Oil improves the look of your skin, but of course, you do not want to shine inappropriately. To avoid applying oils after bathing, and still keep your skin tender and soft, take a bath with oils. Pick aromatic oil of your choice and enjoy in it for some time.
