The skin is our largest organ, it protects the body from bacteria and other harmful external factors and helps maintain body temperature levels.

Cucumber

Tomato can make your skin look healthy because it contains a lot of vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B5 and E. it doesn’t contain many calories and fat, and that is why many diets are consisted just of this vegetable.  Tomato cleans the body, lowers cholesterol, soothes the pain caused by arthritis, strengthens the immune system and calms the nerves. 90 percent of one tomato is composed of water, and is rich in potassium, magnesium, calcium, iodine and copper. It contains lycopene, an antioxidant that protects the body from harmful free radicals that cause aging. Tomato juice can be used as a tonic, and the mask of tomato "meat" for dry skin care.
