Are you tired? There is cure!
Do you like this story?
Reasons for dissatisfaction at work can be different and dangerous to health. Turn them into your advantage.
If, between being sick and going to work, you rather choose to be sick, then you may be chronically unhappy with your career. The reasons behind your choice could be tiredness of work, lack of promotion and desired raise, disagreement with the boss or colleagues. But these are just some of the "symptoms" of tiredness from which you can get sick.
You can easily turn all these drawbacks to your advantage, if you react to the aforementioned "injustices". You will feel better if you say that you won’t be able to finish something because you are overloaded. Also, if you organize your work so that your stress is reduced to a minimum, you will finish the assigned duties much faster. To find a new dose of satisfaction, write down five favorite activities that you do on a daily basis and ask your boss to assign you at least two of them. You will become more efficient in that way and you’ll find a new motive for going to work.
In moments of weakness, others can advise you or motivate you. Do not hesitate to seek help from a colleague who is, at that time, less burdened. And remember, without action you won’t change anything. Ask your boss to allocate a part of the work on your colleagues, and you will avoid further criticism on your account.
Even in the most stressful situations, like not finishing something before the deadline, it is very important to control your own reactions. This is the best way to avoid conflict with the boss, colleagues and associates. Conflicts and frictions are an additional burden and they only draw attention from the assigned tasks.
People who are tired of working are often sensitive to criticism. That criticism often leads to anxiety and low self-esteem. In such situations, even the most innocent remark can be interpreted as malicious, and thinking about it only takes away your precious time and positive energy.
Longing for the best is great, but be careful not to overdo it with perfectionism. Nothing can be perfect. The most important thing is to become aware in what you are good at and where you need to improve. If you set your goals in accordance with that, then success must come.
