Facebook profile can tell you more about a man you’re interested than he thinks when he is setting it. Here are some things that you can learn about him based on his profile. You cannot even imagine what secrets can be revealed in this way.










Photograph that he chose for his profile can tell you for which purpose he is using Facebook.  Keep in mind that boring profile photo doesn’t necessarily mean that he is a boring guy. Such picture could mean that he has business partners and/or boss among his friends.


Photo where he drinks wine, beer or some other alcohol directly from the bottle is not problematic by itself. That guy just loves parties. However, if he is already in his twenties, you can conclude that he wishes to emphasize that he is still young and loves constant entertainment. On the other hand, it could also mean that he is definitely not ready for a serious relationship.


The fact that he loves animals can be a very positive sign. On the other hand, if his Facebook album is exclusively filled with photographs of him and his terrier – that can be cause for an alarm.


He is showing that he is cool because he was able to reach someone who is well known and famous. This may seem a bit strenuous, but on the other hand, it allows you to learn more about his character and personality. If he posted a photo with the whole rock band instead of just him and a singer, that would leave a totally different impression of him, right?


In this case you are done. It is practically impossible to conclude what relation exists between them.  Maybe the girl in the picture is his sister or cousin... But if she is scantily dressed and very close to him on the picture - you simply cannot know if she is his girlfriend or some dancer from a club.


If he is changing his profile photo often and posts new statuses, it tells you that he is communicative and enjoys social contacts. Obviously, he is very attached to his social network. However, statuses with which he is telling everyone when he had a shower, what has he eaten today, when his office’s coffee machine broke down and what caused his computer to crash - show a bit exaggerated attachment to the Internet and Facebook.


If you gain impression from his statuses that he is having a hard time, that he is suffering because of something and that he thinks his life is horrible - it means that you have found someone who is probably very emotionally dependent. On the other hand, if he is constantly criticizing himself and the others, it means that he is a man who is rarely satisfied, and whose high standards are difficult to meet.


If he often posts good results in quizzes, he is probably a man who is very competitive and enjoys in life's challenges. Such man loves action, so do not expect of him, for example, to deal much with a question what he will give you as a birthday present. Literally - details and complicated issues are not his domain.


Even the number and gender of his friends can tell you a lot about him.


A large number of friends can be a very positive sign. This means that he is optimistic, relaxed and loves meeting new people. Of course, it could also mean that he is very ambitious and that he is trying to improve his status in front of others with a large number of friends. Or, he’s just on of those who have a need to be popular.


Maybe you have in front of him a guy who is looking for attractive girls in his friends’ contact lists. This type is good for flirting on the internet, but stable relationship with him is not an option.


This doesn’t mean that something is not OK with him. In fact, this may be a good sign. He is probably a very loyal friend who doesn’t attach himself that easily with others, but once he becomes a friend with someone – he is developing a stable and deep relationship with him.
